Hello History, how have you been? Yeah, mine’s sore too. Anyway. Today in 1949 the Mao and his mean old communists forced the Chinese to flee and establish Taipei as the capital of the Republic of China. So what you now know as The People’s Republic of China isn’t the real China; Taiwan is the real China. In Chinese, Taiwan actually means the China of the People, Republic is us. In math terms: If x=China and y=Taiwan, then y+cosx-siny=Xie Xie Taiwan!
Decades later, our muse, Charlie Tu was borned in Taipei, Taiwan (aka Real China), only to be babylifted to Sheattle and then New York for your amuse bousement.
One day, Charlie, you will eat all of New York.
